Next, I will schedule a visit to your home, perhaps accompanied by a few colleagues from Rutledge. After touring your property, I will prepare a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), outlining how your house fits into the marketplace. I will meet again to go through the report in detail.
STEP 3
Planning Phase
Informed by the CMA, the next task will be to work with me to determine your home-sale strategy. I might suggest completing tasks like minor repairs or upgrades, decluttering, or home staging. I'm always able to share the names of trusted local professionals to assist you with these pre-sale projects. I will also help you determine the best order in which to buy and sell in order to minimize your risk.
