We interviewed a half dozen real estate agents when we were considering selling our house last winter just prior to the outbreak of the pandemic. She also provided us extensive guidance relative to “Staging” our home which included both some interior painting to update the look of the house, the removal of some furniture and adding furniture with a more updated look.
